Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, PCI Pharma Services is legally required to publish, on an annual basis, specified information relating to their Gender Pay Gap for entities with over 250 employees.

PCI Pharma Services is a global organisation, with three entities in the UK. These UK entities each trade as PCI Pharma Services and their individual legal entity names are: AndersonBrecon UK Limited, Penn Pharmaceutical Services Limited and Biotec Services International Limited. The latter has less than 250 employees and reports on a voluntary basis as part of our commitment to transparency and compliance.

We are passionate about fairness, equality and inclusion. We are committed to reducing and subsequently closing any identified gender pay disparity. We already have policies in place to support colleagues with caring responsibilities and encourage return to work after maternity leave. We offer enhanced paternity and maternity pay policies. The maternity pay policy includes a returner bonus. Where roles permit, we support flexible working requests to enable our workforce to balance work and personal lives as best suits them.
