Biography

Gil Valadez leads the Commercial Packaging Technology Segment for PCI Pharma Services. Gil played an integral role in supporting the development of the OnePCI, an operational excellence work system at PCI. Prior to PCI, Gil founded his own advisory firm, Jacket River that was acquired by Ernst & Young (EY). At EY Gil was a partner leading the life science turnaround and operational excellence group. Gil has extensive expertise in turnarounds, global initiatives, post-merger acquisitions, and operational excellence. Before to establishing his own business, Gil was at McKinsey & Co., where he led the Technical Operations integration of one of the largest pharma mergers in US history. He began his career with deep operational and P&L leadership experiences with increasing responsibility and scope at GE Healthcare, Stryker, and General Mills.

Gil earned his undergraduate degree with Honors in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
