Biography

Gigi Bat-Erdene, Global ESG Program Manager, is originally from Mongolia. Gigi is passionate about empowering individuals and businesses to play a bigger role in creating a more inclusive future for all. She joined PCI shortly after completing her undergraduate program at Columbia University as a Sustainable Development major, and is now leading the buildout of PCI’s ESG program, driving enhancements across impact and reporting strategy, including activities related to climate change, human rights, DEI and sustainable procurement.
