Biography

An experienced people leader with fourteen (14) years of experience at PCI Pharma Services, Derek spent eight (8) years on the Commercial Quality side of our organization working through the Rockford, IL facilities and has spent the last six (6) years supporting the Clinical Services and Development & Manufacturing Teams at our San Diego, CA location.

Derek holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA with an emphasis in Business Management from Rockford University.

Under Derek’s guidance, the PCI San Diego facility has grown from $25 million in Revenue to $55 million in Revenue for the current fiscal year. Derek has firmly positioned the San Diego site for continued growth and has played an instrumental role in our recent Sterile Fill / Finish expansion project. Derek believes culture is key to organizational success and works tirelessly to ensure the PCI San Diego site is a destination organization within the San Diego, CA community.
