Facility 1 - High-Volume Commercial Manufacturing (320,000 sq. ft.)
Designed for large-scale commercial production, with:
- Final device assembly
- Functional and release testing
- Commercial labeling, packaging and serialization
- Fallow space to support client dedicated programs
Facility 2 - Clinical to Commercial Manufacturing (200,000 sq. ft.)
Flexible, scalable manufacturing supporting:
- Device-agnostic production
- PFS, NSD, autoinjector and pen assembly
- Functional and release testing
- Commercial labeling, packaging, serialization and storage
Alpine Road
Facility 3 - Clinical Packaging & Cold Chain Operations (155,000 sq. ft.)
Supporting clinical supply, temperature-controlled storage and distribution, with:
- Secondary packaging at 2–8°C and CRT
- 2,400+ storage locations at 2–8°C and 13,000 at CRT
- Dedicated space for future -80°C storage expansion
