In his seven years as CEO, Salim has led PCI Pharma on a growth journey and transformation into becoming a global leading CDMO, tripling its revenue and geographic footprint and evolving from an employer of ~2300 to  ~7500 people worldwide.

With over 29 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as SVP, President and CEO, Salim previously served as President of Aptar Pharma and a member of AptarGroup’s senior executive committee. Salim oversaw Aptar Pharma’s growth strategy and journey to become a leading global provider of drug delivery systems.

In addition to his 22-year tenure in AptarGroup, Salim was brought into Capsugel as SVP following its divestment by Pfizer to transform the company. He has extensive M&A experience and earned his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Since joining PCI Pharma Services in 2021, Tom leads the finance and legal organization within the company. In addition to the strong double-digit organic growth, the company has been growing at an accelerated pace over the past twelve months by adding significant global scale and capabilities through strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master in Applied Information Technology from VLEKHO in Brussels, Belgium, and a Master in Commercial Engineering, Marketing concentration, from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He is also an active Certified Public Accountant while serving as an Executive Partner at Executive Coaching Connections.

Since joining PCI Pharma Services in 2018, Angi has led the full scope of People initiatives across 16 sites and more than 30 facilities, representing over 7,500 employees worldwide.

With over 25 years of experience as a leader across the Life Sciences, CPG, Recruiting, and B2B /B2C service industries, Angi is an expert in bringing talent and human capital solutions to organizations. She has successfully built, optimized, and scaled talent and people functions to support fast-paced, high-growth public and private businesses. She has a track record of success in helping companies position themselves for the future through a focus on culture, talent, leadership excellence, workforce planning and analytics, learning and development, total rewards, HR data systems, and organizational design.

Angi has been instrumental in guiding PCI’s strong commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability since 2021. Over the last 12 years, she has held executive positions in the biopharmaceutical industry, including four years at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals before joining PCI.

Angi holds a Bachelors from the University of Puget Sound and postgraduate certifications from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her work passion is building winning teams within companies that have a purpose and mission that positively impacts people’s lives around the globe. Outside of work, her passions include family and friends, travel, sports, art and more.

Jeannie is a Quality, Regulatory and Compliance expert with over 40 years of quality, regulatory and operations experience. She is the Chief Quality and Compliance Officer across the PCI Pharma Services global footprint, including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Previously, she was the Director of Quality Systems for Merck and Co. and prior to that, held roles in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in companies including Colorcon, Inc. and Novartis.

Jeanie holds an advanced degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA and has completed an Executive Black Belt Program.

Jeannie is passionate about the non-profit organization Give Kids the World, which provides critically ill children and their families a week-long wish vacation at no cost.

Gil Valadez is the Chief Operating Officer for PCI Pharma Services – responsible for setting strategy and leading Global Operations and Supply Chain worldwide. Like all PCI leaders, Gil’s top priority is delivering life changing therapeutics, while always ensuring human safety, world class quality, and patient safety.

Gil has 20+ years of leadership experience in strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence.

Gil first engaged with PCI in 2017 as consultant helping with critical business transformation. After a successful entrepreneurial milestone of exiting his company, Jacket River, to Ernst & Young (EY), Gil left the EY partnership to return to PCI as the Commercial Segment Leader in 2021.

Gil’s leadership over the next four years strengthened our market position in the Commercial Segment and expanded on our winning legacy, adding biotech capabilities and Advanced Drug Delivery (ADD), while deepening our strategic partnerships, and expanding patient reach.

Before co-founding Jacket River, Gil was at McKinsey & Co. graduating from their future COO development program. He began his career with deep operational and P&L leadership experiences with increasing responsibility and scope at GE Healthcare, Stryker, and General Mills in both the US and Latina America.

Gil is enthusiastic about mentoring and giving back and quality family time.

Gil earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

A pharmaceutical supply chain services expert with over 20 years of multinational experience in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe and a track record of organizational/revenue growth, Tim is responsible for the global multi-segment sales team and aligning PCI’s go-to-market strategies across Clinical, Commercial and Development and Manufacturing.

With a financial and operational focus, Tim drives change and continuous improvement with an entrepreneurial leadership style and passion for solving global business challenges. Highly service-oriented with a firm understanding of the entire business equation, client service and consultation.

Tim is enthusiastic about the future of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the potential of technology to transform the industry. He is a passionate fitness enthusiast and is active in competitive events.

John is a corporate strategy, mergers and acquisition expert with over 25 years of operating experience in the life sciences sector. He is PCI Pharma Services’ Chief Corporate Development Officer, supporting the development and execution of PCI’s global strategy and all merger and acquisition activities.

Previously, John led corporate development at global life sciences organizations, including Curia, Capsugel, Cardinal Health and Lonza, as the SVP of Corporate Development and Strategy. He has been responsible for many global transactions across the drug development, manufacturing and packaging value chain, totaling more than $20 billion in accumulated value.

Mr. Cullivan is also a decorated combat veteran of the Persian Gulf War where he served as a U.S. Army captain and air cavalry helicopter pilot. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Brian Keesee, President of the Clinical Segment at PCI Pharma Services, leads operations across nine global sites. With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Brian drives strategic growth and operational excellence for clinical trial services clients, delivering Pristine Customer Service through expertise in supply chain management, clinical packaging, labeling, and cold chain logistics.

His leadership has transformed delivery processes and strengthened client partnerships while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Brian held senior roles in compliance, operations, and global clinical project management, complemented by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Missouri Western University, graduating magna cum laude, and is dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative, client-focused solutions.

Yann Ghafourzadeh leads the Commercial Packaging Technology Business Segment at PCI Pharma Services, driving innovation and global strategy in advanced drug delivery systems and packaging solutions, with a strong focus on drug-device and combination products.  His primary objective will be to deliver the Long-Range Plan and establish an integrated suite of capabilities to support the customer journey from clinical to commercialization.

Previously, Yann held senior leadership roles at Aptar Pharma, where he played a key role in advancing connected devices and patient-centric delivery technologies. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and device manufacturing sectors, Yann brings deep expertise in commercial development, industry strategy, and accelerated time to market for innovative therapies.
