Sustainability.

Progressing, responsibly.

Our Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Program is built around three strategic pillars and nine priority Impact Categories, identified through a comprehensive double-materiality assessment, with priorities reflecting the topics most important to our business, our stakeholders, and the communities we serve.

Our pillars and Impact Categories guide our ESG strategy, inform decision-making, and enable us to track progress toward our Science-Based Targets and broader commitments.

Three pillars. One commitment.

Results of the Double Materiality Assessment

In 2022, we conducted a double materiality assessment to better understand and prioritize our environmental, social, and governance impacts. Customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and local community partners were invited to evaluate the importance of ESG topics from both a business and stakeholder perspective.

Given our global footprint, incorporating the perspectives of community members and partner organizations was critical to shaping a responsible and inclusive ESG strategy. The results of this assessment identified the topics most critical to our business and our stakeholders, informing our Impact Categories and guiding our sustainability priorities.

Science Based Targets

Our climate targets were approved by the Science-Based Targets initiative in 2025.

  • By 2030 we are committed to reducing scope 1 and 2 emissions by 47.7% from FY2023 base year, and to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions by 25% from FY2024 base year.
  • By 2040 we are committed to reducing scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 90%, and by 2045 we are committed to reaching net-zero emissions across our entire value chain.
