On key operations, the site moved from traditional 8-hour patterns to structured 12-hour rotations. Teams now work three 12-hour shifts per week with four days off, balancing operational coverage with employee work-life needs. This approach has reduced overtime spending, lowered absenteeism, and improved retention on the floor, resulting in more consistent staffing across critical operations.

On some lines, changeover times have been reduced from eight hours to approximately 2.5 hours, unlocking additional capacity without additional capital investment. Combined with improved SKU sequencing and scheduling practices, this has created a significant increase in effective capacity across high-demand assets.
