Focuses on multi-step sterilized biotech processes, including syringe assembly, blistering, and sterilization for high-value biologics.

Manages the site's core portfolio of bottles, blisters, vials, labelling, and kitting, where scale and product mix create distinct operational demands.

Each focus factory has a dedicated leadership team spanning operations, quality, engineering, business, and continuous improvement, creating clarity for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people within each value stream. To ensure alignment across the site, a harmonized governance structure, including daily tier meetings, weekly operating reviews, and monthly site reviews, provides visibility, coordination, and accountability across all three value streams.
